Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Rentals (non-event)

Cancellation before delivery date:

  • If you cancel before your delivery date, you’ll receive a full refund, including delivery fees and taxes ~ minus a 4% card processing fee.

Cancellation the day of delivery or after delivery:

  • If you cancel the day of delivery BEFORE 9am, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the order total, minus a 4% processing fee.

  • If you cancel the day of delivery AFTER 9am or after delivery and contact us by noon the following day, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the rental items, minus a 4% processing fee - however delivery fees are non-refundable. 

If you cancel after delivery and do not notify us by noon the following day, no refund will be issued.

 

Early departure / extending your stay:

  • If you end your vacation early, we’ll adjust the rate based on the number of days remaining and refund ½ the difference. 

    • For example, if you booked items for 6-7 nights, but needed to leave after 3 nights, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the difference between the 6-7 night rate and the 1-3 night rate. * If the rate is the same, no refund will be issued.

  • If you decide to extend your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be excited for your extra vacation time & can generally accommodate. We’ll let you know if there will be any additional fee.

    • For extensions not made in advance, an additional delivery fee of the original amount may be charged, to cover the additional stop.

  • Please contact us immediately if you know your dates are changing, we are always as fair as possible for our customers!

 

Weather-related cancellations:

  • Weather-related cancellations are handled in the same way as other cancellations, depending on whether you cancel before or after delivery. We do not refund due to rain or snow while you are here.

 Unforeseen circumstances:

  • We’re reasonable and want to do right by our customers. If you have a situation not addressed by our cancellation policy, contact us immediately. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis, and based on whether the gear has been delivered already.

Event: Cancellation before delivery date:

  •  Cancellation 14+ days prior to the event, you’ll receive a full refund, including delivery fees and taxes ~ minus a 4% card processing fee.

 

Event: Cancellation the day of delivery or after delivery:

  • Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to the event, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the order total, minus a 4% processing fee.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event , no refund will be issued. 

  • Please contact us immediately if you know your dates are changing, we are as fair as possible for our customers!

 

Event: Weather-related cancellations:

  • Weather-related cancellations are handled in the same way as other cancellations.

Rental Agreement

Rental Agreement Terms
  • Use and Responsibility
    All equipment is rented and used at your own risk. You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession and agree to return it in the same condition it was delivered.

  • Liability and Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beach and Games To Go LLC., Charleston Baby’s Away, Baby’s Away Inc., Baby’s Away International, Inc., all Baby’s Away franchises, and their owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses related to the use or possession of the equipment — including any inconvenience or time lost — even if caused in part by Baby’s Away negligence or a defect in the equipment. You are also responsible for any legal costs or fees resulting from such claims.

  • Loss or Damage
    You are liable for any damage, permanent staining, loss, theft, or destruction of the rented equipment. In such cases, you agree to pay the cost of repair or replacement, in addition to any applicable rental fees.

Privacy

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

Beach and Games To Go does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share your information with service providers necessary to fulfill your order (such as payment processors), and we never use your information for advertising or promotional purposes.
